PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The German headquarters of the Thales corporation were realised in Ditzingen, near Stuttgart. The ensemble of buildings comprises four square administration and production buildings arranged in two rows and connected with each other at the corners, each including an internal courtyard. Construction for the high-tech company is also reflected in the “internal values” of the building complex, as the rental spaces are equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Modern technical features such as concrete core cooling demonstrate the energy-efficient orientation of the headquarters, with the ecological sustainability confirmed by the LEED Gold certification. FOM conceptually developed the project and managed the new construction as investor and general contractor.
