Prof Reinhard Walter is a lawyer and businessman from Heidelberg.

After studying law in Mannheim and Heidelberg, he began working as a Partner of Rechtsanwaltskanzlei Walter | Rechtsanwälte in Heidelberg in the 1980s and established further office branches in Dessau and Berlin. He later held positions such as Managing Director of Berlin Kosmetik and was involved in the development and restructuring of various other major companies in Germany.

In 1997, Prof Walter founded FOM Real Estate GmbH together with Rainer Dombrowski and has successfully planned and implemented a range of major commercial properties since then.

Besides his work in business, Professor Walter is involved in various companies and social institutions. He is Chair of the Supervisory Board of Heidelsberger Volksbank, Deputy Chair of the Supervisory Board of Diakonisches Werk der evangelischen Kirche Heidelberg and member of the Board of Trusties of the Schönau Foundation. Furthermore, he is a member of the legal committee of the Association of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce (DIHK) and was Vice President of the Rhine-Neckar Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

From 2008 to 2019, Prof Walter lectured at the SRH University of Heidelberg, School of Engineering and Architecture.

Prior to joining FOM, Maja Terney Hansen was a senior project manager at Corestate, responsible for project management of new construction, refurbishment and conversion projects in Germany, the Netherlands and Denmark. Prior to that, Ms Hansen spent 13 years in a responsible position in the project developments of the IKEA Group. There, she most recently acted as Real Estate Project Manager and realised numerous retail properties and retail parks, both in new construction and in existing properties.

Patrick Mangold is Senior Project Manager / Analyst Real Estate Development at FOM Real Estate GmbH. Mr. Mangold is responsible for complex real estate projects of new construction, redevelopment and conversion projects throughout Germany.
In addition, Mr. Mangold is concerned with the acquisition / purchase phase of potential real estate projects and investment opportunities.
Mr. Mangold has more than 10 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry.
In his previous position, Mr. Mangold worked as a project manager at Drees & Sommer in the field of technical and economic construction consulting.

Julia Anselm is the Head of Asset Management for the FOM Group. In this role, she is responsible for the strategic management of the real estate portfolio of FOM as well as the management and monitoring of operational service providers. Ms Anselm has been working in real estate management for over 16 years, including several years for Argoneo Real Estate GmbH, a subsidiary and asset management platform of Morgan Stanley. Most recently, she bore responsibility as Head of Asset Management at CONREN Land. Besides her banking training, Ms Anselm studied real estate business in Mannheim. Moreover, the qualified business economist obtained her masters focusing on international real estate management from the University of Applied Science in Biberach, with placements in England and Switzerland.

Mr Markus Köhler is Head of Finance of FOM Real Estate GmbH. He is responsible for the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns, the optimisation of business processes and the handling of company audits.

Mr Köhler has more than 25 years of experience in finance and accounting. Before joining FOM, he initially held a managerial role in finance at a US corporation for pharmaceutical and consumer goods and then as Shared Service Center Manager DACH for accounting and payroll at a Belgian corporation in the construction materials sector.

Mr Köhler completed a dual studies programme in business (BA) at Mosbach Vocational Academy and obtained his accounting qualification from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce Mannheim.

Mr Skopp is, as Director, responsible for expanding the development and construction activities of the FOM Group.

Peter Skopp has almost 40 years of experience in project development. He previously spent many years at CORPUS SIREO, where he managed the Commercial Development department. During that time, he was responsible for nationwide construction management as well as a project volume of around 4 billion euros. Prior to CORPUS SIREO, he worked for a range of companies, including the Real Estate division of Deutsche Telekom (now Strabag) in project development.

Peter Skopp studied civil engineering at the Technical University of Darmstadt.

Mr. Dreses is part of the Development Team of FOM Real Estate GmbH as Senior Project Manager. He is responsible for projects in the areas of office, retail, residential, micro living, logistics and light industrial, both in existing and new buildings.
Axel Dreses has over 20 years of professional experience with various general contractors as construction manager, project manager and sales engineer. On the contractor side, he most recently worked for GOLDBECK as branch manager in Cologne. In 2019, he made the switch to the client side. Here, as branch manager and authorized signatory of TAS Projektentwicklung, he was responsible for the establishment of the Cologne branch and primarily developed a large office project on a brownfield site. Axel Dreses studied civil engineering at RWTH Aachen University and graduated as Diplom-Ingenieur.

Stefan Korten heads the tax department within the FOM Group and he is responsible for the strategic planning and monitoring of all tax matters as well as the tax-optimized structuring of transactions.

Stefan Korten worked as a tax consultant for almost 30 years in leading positions in the corporate tax department of various companies and industries. Most recently, the 59-year-old headed the tax department of Commerzbank AG in Frankfurt, where he was responsible for the group-wide coordination of all national and international tax aspects of the group and led a team of almost 70 employees. Prior to this, he had overall responsibility for the Group's tax function at KarstadtQuelle AG, having held a similar position at Deutsche Immobilien Leasing GmbH for ten years. An of-counsel role at the international business law firm Dentons rounds off his professional spectrum.

Michael Swieter has more than 14 years of experience in project and technical asset management and has been with FOM for more than nine years. In the past years, he has contributed to the development of a wide variety of projects in the commercial sector as an owner's representative and project manager and has provided significant support until completion and handover to building operations.
Before joining FOM, he initially worked in project control and property management. Mr. Swieter holds a Master of Sciences degree in technical facility management from the University of Applied Sciences Mainz.
