On the site at Rudower Chaussee in Berlin Adlershof, FOM Real Estate has realized an office building with a total of 50,000 square meters of rental space. This was leased to Allianz Deutschland on a long-term basis. The insurance company thus relocated its Berlin office to the capital's most important science, business and media location.
