FOM Real Estate is one of the leading players in commercial real estate. Since 1997, we have completed 26 major projects, including corporate headquarters for Microsoft Germany, Süddeutscher Verlag and Thales Germany. But we also take on complex challenges with high value enhancement potential beyond national borders. In all projects, we focus on partnership-based realization with institutional investors, the acquisition of tenants with strong credit ratings, and our own participation in the risks and opportunities.

In September 2020, our sister company FOM Invest GmbH was granted approval by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) as an AIF capital management company in accordance with the German Investment Code (KAGB). This means that in the future our partners are able to participate in the economic success of our projects through our open-ended special AIFs.
