Construction of a 51,000 sqm office complex on Landsberger Strasse

The Heidelberg-based project developer and real estate service provider FOM Real Estate is working with AXA Investment Managers to develop the 14,000 sqm property on Landsberger Strasse in western Munich. The obsolete existing buildings with 34,000 sqm will be demolished and from 2019 a new office complex with 51,000 sqm gross floor area (above ground) will be built on the site. The ensemble of buildings will be completed in 2022.

MARK MÜNCHEN will be a landmark in the west of Munich and thus ideally suited as a representative company headquarters. The building shines with a striking facade, a generous entrance situation with a two-storey lobby and a large forecourt. The facade elements and windows are laid out at ground level, and the clear room height is up to three metres, on the ground floor even three metres forty – the rooms will be flooded with light. The roof terraces offer spectacular views of Munich and the surrounding countryside.

The premium office space will meet the latest standards and they will have efficient floor plans with optimum use of space. Six to eight floors offer many possibilities for use, up to 6,100 sqm are available on one floor.

The users of the building can expect a modern gastronomy and a bright canteen with the possibility to sit outside. A day-care centre for children, an e-bike rental station and charging stations for e-bikes and electric cars are also planned.
