Project Realization
- In its role as a general contractor, FOM cooperates with
renowned general subcontractors in order to create
commercial property. FOM employs clearly structured process
management to ensure that construction projects are
implemented in line with technical, budgetary and deadline
requirements.
- In the recent past, FOM has undertaken projects with
competent partners such as REAL I.S. AG in Munich and LEG
Baden-Württemberg in Stuttgart, among others:
• T-Online main office in Darmstadt
• “Ten Towers” Telekom Center in Munich
- Current projects are the construction of the new
headquarters of Süddeutscher Verlag in Munich-Haidhausen as
well as buildings for Deutsche Telekom AG at their sites in
Bonn, Darmstadt and Münster.
