FOM Real Estate GmbH und Absolute Investment Group realise „Countryside Residence“ in Moscow

Contract signed at „Petersburger Dialog“, Wiesbaden, Germany

FOM Real Estate GmbH (Frankfurt / Heidelberg) and the russian Absolute Investment Group from Moscow have signed the contract for building the "Countryside Residence" in Moscow. The treaty was signed in the presence of Roland Koch, prime minister of the federal state of of Hesse and the former prime minister of Russia, Michail Gorbatschow.  The signing of the agreement took place in the context of the german-russian discussion-forum „Petersburger Dialog“ at Wiesbaden.
 

FOM has initiated the housebuilding project and will lead the project management. It is planned to build 220 high-quality accomodation units for expatriates from western europe and their families. The site is located at the south-western outskirts of the russian capital city. The project volume reaches approximately 160 Mio. US-Dollar.

Absolute Investment Group is owned by the founders and former owners of Absolute Bank. The group currently manages an investion volume of about 2,5 Mio. m2 commercial estate and 4,5 Mio. m2 housing space.
